ULTIMA_ARBOR™ by Swiss-Shield® is made from LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose. With its very high shielding performance and renowned excellent hand feel, it once again proves that Swiss-Shield® is a global pioneer in technical shielding fabrics.

ULTIMA_ARBOR™ from Swiss-Shield® consists of 82 % ECOVERO™ fibers from LENZING™, which are EU Ecolabel certified.

Care instructions

• This fabric must NOT BE WASHED IN A WASHING MACHINE. A PROFESSIONAL DRY CLEANING P at a dry cleaner with experience with VISCOSE is recommended. The care instructions can be found above in the downloads.

Shielding attenuation HF & LF

This product shields high frequency electromagnetic fields (HF). Unless otherwise stated, the indicated dB-values apply to 1 GHz. Measurement from 600 MHz to 40 GHz according to standards ASTM D4935-10 or IEEE Std 299-2006.

This product contains electrically conductive parts on the inside which can neither be contacted nor grounded. That’s why individual areas do not shield low frequency electrical fields (LF). In case this product is used as a Faraday cage (complete shielding on six sides), there will be no low frequency electrical fields (LF) on the inside, which can be proven with a potential free measurement.

We have already invested in our own professional EMV laboratory years ago. We not only use it to create our laboratory screening reports but also to check each batch daily.
