HSF92 / Silvercopperpaint HF

Electro-conductive primer coating for the shielding against high-frequency radiation (HF) and low-frequency electric fields (LF). This paint shields on basis of silver/copper pigments, a very high silver content hamper the corrosion of the copper content. Nevertheless we recommend to use it only on permanently dry undergrounds, further for corrosion protection you must apply under and over the HSF92 our hydrophobic primer G25. On basis of a high quality pure acrylic binder, formulated completely without chemical solvents and without corrosion inhibitors, very high ecological standard for a silver-/copper paint. HSF92 is only recommended, when a very high attenuation is needed. Our shielding paint with a maximum of attenuation, low emissions, applicable interior.

Attenuation: 60 dB (99.9999 % shielding effectiveness) in single layer coat. Tested and certified by Professor Dipl.Ing. Pauli at the Microwave Laboratory of the University of the German Federal Armed Forces in Munich due to the following standards: MIL-Standard 285, IEEE -STD 299-1997, ASTM D4953-89.
Basis of binder: High quality pure acrylic binder, breathable, low-emission, solvent-free.
Basis of shielding: Silvered copper pigments, only corrosion resistant on permanently dry undergrounds.
Productiveness: Depends on the character and absorbency of the underground. Interior 7.5 m² / l.
Corrosion protection: Under and over the HSF92 coating layer our hydrophobic primer G25 must be used!
Undergrounds: Excellent adhesion on different surfaces in the interior, e.g. on older coatings, plasterings, concrete, styrofoam, wood, etc.
Top coats: Water based dispersion paints (emulsion paints), sol-silikate paints, natural resin paints, wallpapers. Pure mineral bonded systems like silicate paints, clay paints, lime cement paints, plasters, spackles, etc. are not recommended because of adhesion problems!
Color: Beige. Can be overcoated with two layers of high quality paints without any difficulty.

Ingredients: Water, polyurethan-dispersion, copper, silver, glass, additives, preservative.

Storage stability: 12 months.
Due to a limited frost resistance, this paint can be shipped even in wintertime by air cargo or by ship.

VOC-value (volatile organic compounds) only 0.2 g/l. Current max. value stipulated by law: 30 g/l.

Grounding necessary by a licensed electrician! We recommend grounding strap EB and grounding set ES.
